#Thoughtprovoking If you're anything like me, you've undoubtedly heard a lot about blogging and generating money online but haven't had someone explain how to do it. Not only is it difficult to figure out how to become a freelance writer or blogger, but obtaining great-paying customers might be much more difficult if you want to conduct business-related writing. That said, I've put together a list of six advantages or benefits that will steer you in the right way when it comes to landing high-paying blogging customers.

BLOG TRIUMPHS AND CLIENTELE

Keep track of your blog writing triumphs - Start a link archive if you have any blog entries that suit this description – or even if you write wonderfully but no one is commenting on them. These are the letters you'll write to potential clients to persuade them that you're deserving of higher charges. For example, if I'm applying for a blogging job right now, I'll provide them the statistics on how much traffic my Forbes blog channel generated with a modest number of articles. You haven't had any major wins yet? Begin to consider where you might be able to guest, even if it's for free, and secure some. Great blogging customers are increasingly contacting (and stealing) the authors they want from wherever they've seen them driving big traffic or generating a lot of shares. Even a single article with 1,000 or more shares or 100 comments is a fantastic place to start when it comes to impressing potential.

Look for better clientele- I've written for the first group of clients. The obligation to put everything in one post is the primary difficulty with this sort of client. This is the easiest method to alienate your audience and attract low-quality visitors. Instead of clapping yourself on the back for getting the $50 blog post out there, write more — sometimes even splitting it apart and re-posting it from a different standpoint — penning approximately 700+ words and letting your clients know you're pleased about their material. You may then create 2-5 posts based on deliberate small pieces, rather than a single uber-long one that may or may not contain overlapping material. More cash and a better approach to get your work out there can come from having a greater customer.

SPONSORED CONTENT AND NICHE

Create sponsored content - Do you want to increase the number of people who read your blog posts? Then you should consider writing paid content. Sponsored posts are an excellent method to monetize material you've previously generated. We advocate arming yourself with as much information as possible on why your body of work is significant in the first place before engaging in sponsored-content dialogues. Connecting with certain magazines and contacting them with a unique pitch is one of the greatest strategies to acquire steady freelance writing work. While it's easy to become overwhelmed while investigating these magazines, they generally cater to a very narrow demographic and are well worth the effort.

Work in a certain field - Working in many directions can be beneficial since it allows you to produce more work overtime, interact with a variety of clients, and generate solid revenue. Is it, however, a choice to work in so many different disciplines and stress yourself out? The answer to that question is no, and exerting oneself too hard is not a good idea. If you want to make a living writing online, you're better off pitching those same types of clientele. As a freelance writer, I was recruited to advise customers on how to improve their blogs and attract more visitors. I'd show them samples of the sorts of material they might create and give them advice on how to increase traffic to their sites, based on what had worked for other bloggers in the field.

LONG-FORM AND DIGITAL FIRMS

Consider long-form- The days of posting in 300-word increments are past! Google now prioritizes content of 1,000 to 2,000 words, and freelance writers are in high demand to compose these more sophisticated, high-value pieces. You already know the CEO doesn't have time for this level of content creation, and you also know he can't write well enough to pull it off! Learn about and research prominent platforms or significant websites on themes that you are interested in. Look for site ranking charts for blogs in your niche, or use your preferred analytics tool to locate the main players, such as SEMRush. Subscribe, read, and keep an eye out for long-form content.
