Anyone who follows me a little bit knows that I'm on the loser. Since I was diagnosed with “osteoporosis”, the slightest touch has caused broken bones.

I walk a lot. I like to walk.
I cycle to work just about every day.
Keeping in shape at my age, and especially putting my bones to work, is a must !
Plus, you'll see something along the way.

But on Tuesday morning, I arrived by bike at the school gate where I work.
Children were already eager to enter, so I got off my bike and turned it into the school gate.
Unfortunately, my pedal failed on the outside of my ankle.
Just a tap, that's all it was.
But immediately, the ankle was double thick again.
Ice on, try it out, and let the pain abound.
I taught all day.
