A sister's flower...

If 2022 has taught me anything so far, it is that I need to take better care of myself. Corona and pneumonia made painfully clear that some residents of the nursing home in which I work are in better condition than me.
Especially being short of breath due to the pneumonia caused me some anxiety.

Hence the intention to take a walk every day. so, this afternoon went for a walk again. So on this walk, I ran into my little sister.
No, not my physical sister. but the beautiful flower whose name it got. As a child, I wasn't a little jealous that she was named after a flower and I wasn't.

I'm not the best wildlife photographer, but I still had to take a picture of this. Below is the result. if you know the name of this flower, you also know immediately
what my sister calls.
