When bullying, it can sometimes happen that aggression comes into play. In order to give a good idea of what aggression is exactly, we will take a little deeper into that in this post. I share some definitions and introduce you to the aspect of aggression and how it is linked to bullying. Definition of Aggression

  1. Aggression is usually understood to mean violent action for the purpose of causing damage. It is often about damage to people.
  2. Aggression is violent behavior that is used to cause harm to another. This can be done through physical violence as well as by threatening or dominating.
  3. Aggression is behavior, arising from the primeval human being, behavior that reflects the inner pain.

Aggression and bullying

You may have noticed in the previous lesson that the definition of aggression is quite similar to the definition of teasing. And that may well be right. In both forms, there is an evil act directed towards another. For example, a toddler throwing sand at another child, a schoolchild who scolds another person's skin, a football supporter who destroys cars for no valid reason after a game, all behaviors that can be placed under the heading of aggressive behavior. What makes aggression different from teasing, however, is that in case of aggression, there is an intention to actually cause harm to another person. With teasing, this doesn't always have to be the intention. Boys and girls both show equal aggression. However, the way this is expressed is something different. Boys tend to express their aggression more physically, while girls tend to express their aggression verbally more.

Good afternoon greetings. How are you. Bullyng is a scourge present in many things. In schools it's a problem for parents.
Nice, informative blog. Aggression in society only seems to be on the rise. Teasing and bullying also seems unstoppable with all the information.
