An easy wild plant breakfast.
People who are not very fond of extensive food cooking, I made a nice concise recipe that you can use every day if necessary
can consume. Usually I walk for an hour with my little Jacky a round of beech forest where we focus our attention on our
body. I do some exercises and meditate for fifteen minutes and then nettle tops,
seven leaf and plantain to pick on the way home. Say 2 big hands full each. Once
came home I had the wild vegetable and let it drain. Meanwhile, I shred two
onions and fry it with butter until cooked. The wild vegetable I cut small and insert it
the frying pan wait a little while until it has shrunk and then add salt and pepper.
Ev. Add 3 eggs and stir until cooked. Ready is good. Just feast.



Requirements: 1 small hand Narrow plantain Piece of cream butter frying pan Ev. 3 eggs 2 hands Seven leaf Celtic sea salt pepper herbs of choice 2 hands Nettle tops 2 slices of bread
