Welcome to our animal food bank. At the end of
2017, two friends distributed animal food on the distribution of Dakant - The non-profit organisation Homeless Help Antwerp. It has made a huge impression on us, it became very clear that hunger and social Iolement has a devastating effect on the people who are already having such a difficult time.
So in January 2018 we are a pilot project people who are struggling financially and own a pet could come to us for a food package for their pet. Soon they were put in a chair because we noticed that they felt safe and liked to have a chat. Little by little more and more people found their way to DPW vzw.
We also started to replace their broken material for free and asked one time for the food pot so we could draw attention that they did our pot
In the course of the year our website was redesigned and we have been able to help many people and animals.
