At 50 years old I find it difficult to have a relationship with a programmer hahahaha but you never know the twists and turns life can take, although I do know someone who is in my circle of friends.

Show moreI can well imagine that, if you are very knowledgeable about this subject, you will always be happy to do it. It is also exciting, I think, to be able to solve the problems as they occur and that this can often take up a lot of time.
Time that goes by without you really noticing it.

In a relationship, you do have to take each other into account, and that sometimes means delaying something.
But I think you do that naturally, if you love someone and want to keep them in your life.

Nice features though! I'd best go on a date with someone who is technical. Educational, challenging and also exciting with all these codes. 🙂

Haha, yes, I do recognize most of them. Indeed, I have two right-handed hands when it comes to software 24/7, but if anything else breaks or doesn't work (properly), when it comes to fixing or getting it up and running again, all credit goes to my wife!

I live with a computer genius (son) and a handy Piet (hubby John). So I know what it's like to deal with this. Can sometimes be very interesting.

Everything is a matter of taste, besides, if love exists, everything changes and the ugly becomes beautiful. Being a programmer is a profession like any other, it has its ups and downs, everyone has complications, the best recommendation is not to be overwhelmed by work, because everything has its time.

Applies to every IT person, I think. My sons also work in the computer world, and certainly the youngest one also has some characteristics.

With the exception of language, I think I could get along with a programmer, but can a programmer do the same with me? That's the question! 😉

There are several positive points throughout the post, so it would be good to think about it to have a partner who is a programmer, I know it would be a very beneficial relationship

Perhaps you can find those ten points in most people who are passionate about something. This certainly applies to a passionate 'bonsai'.😇

A girl who is a programmer would have no problem having a relationship haha, I'm sure I would learn a lot from her to better manage my computer haha, but I think it's really great really.

In short: people with an exciting but not socially driven attitude. I think it's going to be difficult to live with such a person.
