Mēs paliekam #akcijas uzlabot, izmantojot Yoors, lai jūs iegūtu vislabāko no tā ar veicināšanas. Tas ir neticami jautri un apmierinoši, lai iegūtu labas atbildes uz amatu jūs veicat, huh? Diemžēl dažreiz ir ārpus tēmas reakcijas, kas liecina, ka reklamētā ziņa nav lasīta vai saprasta. Pēc tam šīs atbildes tiks izmaksātas no reklāmas budžeta. Mēs atradām kaut ko par to.

Katram Yoors dalībniekam ir personīgs atbildes vērtējums. Šis vērtējums ir kopsavilkums par atsauksmēm par jūsu komentāriem, izmantojot reklamēto amatu. Šis pārskats varētu būt 👍 vai 👎. Var novērtēt tikai reakcijas, kas var pretendēt uz YP. Šos novērtējumus var sniegt tikai amata īpašnieks un/vai veicinātājs. Ar pozitīvu rezultātu jūs varat nopelnīt YP ar labām, būtiskām atbildēm. Gadījumā, ja negatīvs rezultāts, jūs vairs nevarat nopelnīt YP ar akcijas komentāriem. Vispirms jums ir jāsniedz vairākas labas, būtiskas atbildes, lai saņemtu YP vēlreiz par atbildēm. Šo personīgo atbilžu rezultātu varat atrast atlīdzības lapā. Ikviens sākas +3.

Lai novērstu ceļu iebiedēšanu, esam veikuši arī dažus pasākumus. Novērtējumam nav tiešas ietekmes uz saņemto atlīdzību, bet tikai uz dalībnieka kopējo punktu skaitu un līdz ar to, iespējams, uz turpmāko peļņu. Un tā jūs varat sniegt komentāru no dalībnieka X kā amata īpašnieks vai veicinātājs 👎 vairākas reizes, bet tas tikai skaita 1x par šī dalībnieka vispārējo personīgo atbildes rezultātu.

Mēs arī sekot līdzi rezultātu starp diviem dalībniekiem. Tātad, ja loceklis X ir veicinājis amatu, un viņš jau ir devis loceklis Y negatīvu atsauksmi vairākas reizes apmaksātu atbildi, izmantojot veicināšanu, tad Dalībnieks Y vairs nevar atbildēt uz YP kādā brīdī. Tikai tad, kad rezultāts uzlabojas atkal starp šiem dalībniekiem var, ka atkal.

Garš stāsts, bet perforators ir: sniegt labas, būtiskas atbildes un būt godīgi savā pārskatā!

That's a great solution. Good how that is completely thought out without you being able to bully someone, indeed, because that is equally important to me, especially given the language barrier in which people are sometimes unjustly put away as nonsense reagents.
