Banana Bread Recipe with Greek Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, pureed
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 60 ml vegetable oil (such as sunflower or rapeseed oil)
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- 50 grams of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation method:
