Making a birdhouse yourself is of course fun to do, but you also do something useful for nature, because the birds can really make a nest in it. This project was in the Gamma folder, so my neighbors have sawed, sanded, timbered and stained together with their father.

With the clear 7 steps out of the leaflet, it was not very difficult. For about 20 euros of material you can make this cottage, and the duration is about 1.5 hours.

The cottage has a roof with a hinge so that it can open from above. So you can clean it easily. And very importantly, it has the right fly opening for a great girl or blue tit, namely 22mm.
