Now that the Polish rules have come into force. And quite understandable.
I notice that the blogs in Polish don't get enough hearts.

This is due to the fact that no more high rewards are received for fairing these blogs.

Secondly, the blogs are less noticeable because of this because other rewards can be issued.

Also the fact that you can win an amount and don't get a reward for it as a divisor stops people.
