Bullet journal: Annual calendar and mood tracker

In my bullet journal I drew an annual calendar and a mood tracker! Here I keep track of what my general feeling was about the day. In 2021, so far I had mostly “normal days” and “tired days”, because of the online work I had to do this month.

Those trackers are a great idea, they really give you an overall perspective of how you've been feeling and allow you to make little adjustments here and there. Well done! 🙂

@Adriana yes indeed! If I’ve been feeling sad/anxious/angryover a long period of time suddenly, I can see it in this tracker and figure out easier why I’m feeling like that and how to fix it :)
