CHICKEN CHIMICHURRI BREAD

For lunch or dinner on the weekend I sometimes make this chicken chimichurrie sandwich with garlic sauce.

At the market I buy a Turkish bread and put it in the oven at home so that it gets a bit crispy, then cut it into wedges and then fill it with salad, cucumber, tomatoes, the chicken and fresh garlic sauce on top. A tasty snack!
