Death As A Natural Process Of The Human Being
#spirituality Death is our inevitable companion of life and the one that culminates with the development of the human being is engendered with the spiritual component and the way in which we have lived.
At what level of consciousness are we to evolve and see the things we did not see before.
The events of the past or anguish for the future are constant. Our attention is focused on what we have lived or what will come and that is why we fail to live the now, we hope to please and be recognized for what we move away from the question “Who am I really? " the obstacle to overcome is ego, we must set aside our need to excel and be accepted to go in search of what truly makes us free.
We begin to wake up when we recognize that we are hostages to our emotions, thoughts and social roles and decide to free ourselves, we cease to depend on the opinion of others and our desire to learn becomes more real. Gradually disappears our fear of rejection or the consequences of not meeting social expectations.
We understand that everything that has been created in the world is transitory and only what we create for ourselves will remain.
People at this level have freed themselves from the pain of their past (but also from happy moments) and their expectations for the future by focusing on living the present just like that: a gift. At this level we learn that true freedom consists in accepting life as it is, without judging or analyzing, but simply contemplating and accepting grateful.
Death is a natural process, we must live here and now.
