Decopatch Christmas tree with lights

This papier-mache Christmas tree we have pasted with pieces of Decopatch design paper. That pasting with paper is called decopatchen or decoupage. Have you heard of it?
There are many beautiful sheets of Decopatch paper, with all kinds of designs. For example, this green one with cute deer on it! You could also decorate the tree with the blue or red paper. There is plenty of choice,so that will be difficult to choose.
You can decorate anything with it. You can glue it on wood,MDF,glass, cardboard, terracotta and thus also on papier-mΓ’chΓ©. With the Decopatch glue you paste the torn pieces of paper onto the surface, and you paint it with the same glue.
This Christmas tree has as extra real lights in it,which will light up nicely with a battery. No electricity or extension cords needed! With a simple button on the side you let the Christmas lights light up and when you go to sleep, you can easily turn off the lights.
Tip: With a perforator you punch a round out of a piece of paper so that it fits neatly and precisely over the light.
