I went to lunch.
This was a nice chicken sandwich, right!
Marinated farm chicken on a nice thick slice of bread, with a layer of avocado,
tomato, cucumber ribbons, and topped with freshly grated parmesan.
This was called lunch dish on the menu, but it was almost a meal.
They were very large pieces of chicken and I almost couldn't get it.
The marinade was sweet and slightly spicy, no barbecue smoke, but more with Indian spices, delicious!
