Today I made a recipe and used as inspiration Dendeng from Indian cuisine. However, that is a recipe with thin beef a little dried. It is known as a crispy beef dish. Ingredients for 3 or 4 people
- 200 Grams of onions cut into cubes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 500 Gram Riblappen in blokjes
- 75 ml creamy coconut milk
- 60 grams of grated coconut
- 1 cube of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon kentjoer (toko)
- Half a tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tsp laos
