Today I'll start by talking about what, it's a diet without consuming animal protein.
My daughter has been vergetarian for three years, her daughter and her husband have become accustomed to not consuming certain foods from the animal kingdom. I have already two months trying not to consume red meats, only fish, eggs, many vegetables, fruits, grains and seeds, it is not easy when since childhood your parents used you to eat food with animal protein, I have really felt much better and the belief that eating meats is necessary, for me no longer makes sense, respect for people who consume it, because everyone is free to eat what he wants.
I'll tell you what is the difference between being Vegetarian and Vegan.

• VEGETARIAN
Vegetarians don't eat meat, just eat fish, seafood, eggs, dairy and some cheeses. They're semi-vegetarians.
They eat: vegetables, legumes, fruits, grains, nuts, dates, seeds, olive oil, coconut oil.

• VEGANS
Do not consume any kind of animal protein, eggs, dairy, or cheeses.
They eat vegetables, legumes, fruits, whole grains, seeds, nuts, dates, olive oil, coconut oil, almond milk.
The benefits are that they reduce cholesterol levels and the risk of heart disease.
There are countless vegetarian recipes that can be made and are very simple.
These recipes I do many times:

STIR-SAUTÉED VEGETABLES:
Ingredients
Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini or zucchini, paprika, onion, leek or garlic joint, chives, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

CAULIFLOWER RICE:
Ingredients
