Catharsis is an activity that could be extremely helpful to get rid of feelings that are not good for your mind, soul, and body. The process can be done in several ways depending on the person doing it. Some people prefer to do catharsis by drawing ( drawing therapy) however others may prefer to do it by writing down their thoughts known as brain dumping activity. Despite the option you choose to do catharsis it has been very helpful to get rid of bad feelings. #qa
