iron dog

Was a motor vehicle from the 50s and 60s of the last century to transport goods offered by sellers to customers.

It had three wheels, the third of which was rotatable 360 degrees and on which the two-stroke m otor was confirmed. The steering rod was also attached to this wheel with a throttle and clutch lever and the brake. The speed was limited to running speed, allowing the peddler to move the vehicle in motion. Later there were also specimens with gears. There were also versions with a seat for the venter. In order to offer more comfort, there were also versions with a semi-open cab.
The reason for the introduction of this vehicle was a ban on the use of dogs as draught animals for sales vehicles. It was used by the milkman, petroleum farmer, bakers and other door-to-door sellers. Most of them later moved to small vans or an electric delivery van.
