Do you remember these: A far l'amore comincia tu
#songoftheday Raffaella Carra, the Italian presenter, dancer, actress and singer born in Bologna on 18 June 1943. #italie and #spanje very popular in #nederland and #belgie best known for the song a far l'amore comincia tu. She released the song later in 2011 together with Bob Sinclar under the name Farl'Amore.
Raffaela Carra
To her own blessing she would have been the driving force of Italy in 2011 for the return to the #eurovisiesongfestival . Where Italy throws high eyes every year with her songs in Italian. I wrote earlier about the song from 1977 A far l'amore comincia tu here perhaps better known as scoppia scoppia mi sco (what she sings in the chorus of the song). She's done more than just that.
A far l'amore comincia tu
The song comes from 1977 and got a third place in the top 40 in the Netherlands and was in it for 14 weeks. In 2011, together with Bob Sinclar, they achieved a spot 27 and were in it for 7 weeks. Remarkable is that in the single top100 the song with Bob ranks 16 and the song from 1977 ranked 50. The original is Italian, but she also sung the song in English (do it do it again) and in French (Puisque tu l'aimes dis-le lui). To my knowledge, a song has never been sung by a person in so many other languages. The song Ein bisschen frieden by Nicole. She has also sung her song in many languages, including in Dutch.
The original in Italian.
Where my number of the day
It reminds me of the holiday with my parents and sister in Italy. Where we used to play this song again is to have fun together. Though I never knew what she was singing at the time. I used to think Skopje Skopje to the capital of Macedonia. This helped with the top graph in group 8. I looked up and translated the text of the song below.
