Not in bed, but next to my bed, because it's also my alarm clock. I don't think it makes much difference whether he's in or next to your bed. Never in the charger when we sleep !

@enigma Here also as an extra alarm clock. If there is a power failure at the alarm clock radio, oversleeping is no excuse. This is a handy backup.

No, I'm not mentally disturbed that far yet. My mobile is always off. I hardly ever give my number and only use it in an emergency.

I usually leave it on a small table that is next to the bed, so it's close by.

It can be very dangerous to keep the phone charging near the bed, which is why I carry it with me when it's not charging.

Sometimes I forget and it stays in the middle of the bed because I fall asleep without realizing it

No, I don't usually do it, but my daughter does, and I keep scolding her for it, it's not good to have a phone next to you at all times.

I don't do it because during my night I tend to move and maybe the phone will stop on the floor and I don't want that

I know it's not good, but I think it's common. I slept once, even with the phone next to you.

In my case, I do leave it next to me, but it's mostly because of my work, which requires me almost all the time.

Well, sometimes... I confess I fall asleep on the sofa next to the phone. And yes, it is also my alarm clock, like Enigma said. 😄

i sleep with my phone close to me most of the time
virtually its my office and i use it for my alarm to wake me up early.

'Sometimes, because I forget to put it aside'. I often get in bed, and then remember my charger is on the other end of the room. If I have enough battery, I think it's to much of an effort to get back up and put it in the charger. So I usually just place it... Show more'Sometimes, because I forget to put it aside'. No, my phone is really not next to my bed and certainly not on the charger, my phone is always downstairs, because it's a jammer when I sleep, I find my night's rest much more important.

With the wifi off, it's in the bedroom. Rarely do I still look at the phone in bed and sleeping with it is not done. Especially not after Babita's good warning a while ago. :) (I share that post every now and again.)

It's on the bedside table, it's also my alarm clock, so I'm always available in case of an emergency. By the way, I love reading the news in the morning before I get up.

Unfortunately I do keep my phone near me during the night. Sometimes because I forget it or because I use to see videos and I just forget to leave it aside.

my cell phone is just in the room. I lie on the bed to sleep and can really live without my phone for a while. I also read often enough about what can happen.

Yes, it's nearby if someone calls or sends a message. Sometimes I can also suddenly want to look up something on the internet at night. Nice and easy. You'll have the answer to your question right away.

My phone is also my alarm clock, but I don't put it in my bed but on my bedside table next to the bed. He therefore insists on “do not disturb”, only a few family members can reach me for any emergencies.

Fortunately, I always leave my phone downstairs and only have the home phone next to bed in case there's something wrong with my dad.

My phone is next to my bed, on the bedside table, so I can be reached in case of an emergency. It is set to “do not disturb”, except for a few people who can call me day and night.
