Draw

Draw
It may be a little crazy, but until about a year ago, I always shouted, “I can't draw.” And I was really convinced of that. There's never been anything that I could draw. At school, I didn't get any outstanding points, and well, it never came up. I rarely drew.
Until my daughter started drawing. And she's very good at drawing.
And so one day we sat at the table together and I tried to draw something.
And I actually did. At least better than the rakes of hands I used to draw.

That it succeeded was of course super fun.
But most of all I noticed was that it made me relax.
I was drawing and my head was empty for a moment.
And that's really great for someone who can't relax well and never has an empty head!
So now I have a big deal full of drawings.
Who would have thought that? - I don't.
I must honestly say that after drawing, I find it easier than drawing out of my head. But practice gives birth to art or something?
It does not matter to me, I have long been happy with the relaxation.

I don't draw daily. But every now and then I'll take paper, pencil and eraser and draw.
Sometimes alone, sometimes with my daughter.
Sometimes when I'm stressed. Sometimes just because I feel like it.
