In our contemporary way of life, it is often forgotten that there is more than what we can see with the naked eye. We are forced to do everything and chase life in such a hurry that we forget to occasionally consider our own part in the bigger picture.

This is because our daily interaction creates different types of energies. These energies can be controlled or enhanced by what are described as Elements in various religions and beliefs. For example, our material universe consists of four basic energies: Earth, Water, Air and Fire. But beyond matter, there is a fifth element: the ether or the mind.

Thoughts have an enormous power. There are also many elementals that are formed or even destroyed by thoughts. That will probably make it clear how important it is also for people to pay attention to their thoughts.

The power of thought brings the elementals to life and focuses them on helping all kinds of circumstances grow. These can be natural things such as plants and animals, but also more spiritual things such as situations and circumstances. When they are done with it, they dissolve and lose their shape, but therefore not their presence. They then reconnect with the element they came from.

In these busy times, people often have no idea how quickly impure and/or degrading thoughts create negativity. Just think how quickly thoughts of anxiety and depression lead to what they're afraid of. Or to people who, through alcohol or drugs, see the most unpleasant creatures in their daze of delirium, as a representation of their own fears and/or dark thoughts. But likewise, harmonious and loving thoughts will create very delicate and happy creatures that love to work for you and for everyone around you.
