It takes a couple of hours, but then you also have a delicious dish!

4 gr salt
1 L oil
150/200 gr Flower

Necessary:
Dough mixer
Large bowl (to make dough rise)
Pashing film
Frying pan
Bowls and a tassel
Casserole
Frying pan
2 small trays and 1 medium tray

Preparation:
Stap 1 : pak 500 gr zelfrijzendbakmeel, 4 gr salt, 1eetlepel olie en 350ml water en doe ze in de mixer.
Step 2: mix it at a medium speed until it is 1 whole.
Step 3: Grease your hands well with oil so that the dough will stick at least.
Step 4: Make a large bulb of the dough and place it in the large bowl.

Step 5: Lubricate the ball of dough with a brush and cover it with adhesive film. Let it rise for 2 hours at room temperature.

For the yellow curry it will be necessary:

1 Beef boulion cube
2gr Salt
2gr Pepper
24gr Sugar
18gr Paprika
12gr Ginger
2gr Nutmeg
6gr Garlic powder
1gr Clove
30gr Ground jeera
30grGround dhania
24gr Pakistani basar

800gr beef
Potatoes ca. 500 gr (I used potato wedges they were on me).
2 Onions
1 tomato
2 red peppers
200 ml of milk
200 ml of water
20 gr butter
20 gr croma fry and roast

Step 1
Cut the onions, tomato and 1.5 red pepper and place them in 2 containers. (onions separately from the rest).
Grab 500gr potatoes and cut them as desired, eg into cubes.
Place them in a container with 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 gr of salt and mix it.

Step 2
Cut the 800gr beef into cubes, place it in a bowl and season with salt and pepper the meat.

Step 3
Put the frying pan on medium high heat and put 20 gr of butter and 20gr croma. After this, the meat can be added. Roast this until you don't see any more red meat. (Approx. 10min)

Step 4
Grab the onion rings and add it to the beef, fry it approx.. 3 min.

Step 5
Put your tomato peppers and a cube of broth with the beef in the frying pan.

Step 6
Take the frying pan and put it on high heat with a small layer of oil in it.
When the oil is hot, the potatoes can be in. Let this simmer over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 7

Add 200ml of milk to the frying pan and turn the heat on high until everything is well heated, after which the heat can be put back to medium.

Step 8
If the potatoes are golden brown, they can enter the frying pan. (Let the nature. drain).
Let it simmer for at least 1.5 hours and add to 15-20min approx. Add 50ml of water so that it does not cook, but also does not become too watery.

Step 9
Meanwhile, the dough has risen and the roti (pancake) can be baked.
Sprinkle some flour on the worktop and pour oil with a brush in a small container.

Step 10
Pack ca. a hand full of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is nicely flat and well formed.

Step 11
Place the frying pan on high heat until the pan is well heated.
Put the pan on medium heat and pour some oil into it.
Now gently put the roti dough in it and grease the top with oil. (Use a brush). When cooked, it can be turned over and smeared with oil.
Repeat this process until the dough is out.

Meanwhile, the curry has risen long enough. Brag and selamat makan! (appetizing!)
