I really like vegetables, today I bring you a rich, healthy and easy to make recipe, I love it.
Ingredients:
Carrots, zucchini, eggplants, white and purple onion, leek, chives paprika and garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, to garnish sesame seeds.
Preparation:
Soak the carrots in hot water for 10 minutes, fry the garlic with the julienned onions, paprika, garlic and chives.
Cut the eggplant and zucchini in cubes, let them sweat for a while, add salt, pepper and a touch of soy sauce.
