American Chrunchy Bacon

On Sunday is brunch really our little thing and consists of something different every week. This time I share my recipe of crunchy bacon, which my husband really likes, in combination with my scrambled eggs. This crunchy is without paprika powder, but with paprika it is even better.

What do you need

  • Breakfast bacon
  • Paprika powder
  • Aluminium
  • Paper towels or baking paper

Method of preparation

Take a baking sheet from the oven and set the oven to 180 degrees. There, put the aluminum foil on top or one in a large baking dish with high edges.


Put the bacon on there, which are not too close to each other. If you want with paprika powder, sprinkle the paprika on top. You put this in the oven for 15 minutes.

Separately lay a sheet of paper towel ready or baking paper on a dish.

When the bacon is ready, remove it from the oven and put the bacon on on the baking paper or kitchen roll for 5 minutes. So that the fat pulls into the paper and so you have delicious crunchy bacon with your breakfast.

A very simple recipe, which anyone can make if you have an oven.
