Tonight my daughter and I cooked delicious together.
We've seen for a while at the jumbo of those Meal Packs, which actually contains all the vegetables, and that you have to add the meat and rice or something else.
Today this Saturday we wanted to cook together. Just a mother daughter thing together and I know my daughter likes cooking a lot. Yeah, she's getting that age now.
We brought the Yellow Curry meal pack .
We put the recipe under this because we would love to share it with you.

What do you need:
Yellow Curry Meal Pack by Jumbo Brand
350 Gram Chicken (Thigh) Fillet
400 Gram Pandan Grey
2EL (Olive) Oil - We used ordinary Wok oil
1DL Water

Method of preparation
1. Wash the Vegetables Before Use
2. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Cut the peppers in half, remove the seed molds, cut the peppers into 1 to 2cm pieces.
3. Peel the sweet potato and carrot, cut into cubes
4. Meanwhile, heat the Olive Wok oil in a wok or a snack pan . If desired, season the chicken and fry it all around brown on the fire.
5. Fry onion and garlic with chicken for 3 minutes. Add the sweet potato and carrots and peppers and fry for about 4 minutes.
6.Add the Yellow Curry Sauce and Bake Briefly. Then add the Coconut Milk and 1DL water and bring it to the Boil. Let the dish cook covered at a low temperature. Stir occasionally, check if the carrot and sweet potato are soft.
7. Cook the rice according to package instructions. (We used the rice cooker)
8. Serve the yellow curry with rice.
