At the end of August 2020, I'm going to visit Brabant for a family visit and take this opportunity to take a walk from the Maashorst visitor centre. The 4 kilometer blue route seems interesting to me and to do it in the time I have.
The prehistoric grave field.
Be in the good time when the heather is so beautiful in bloom.
As I go through the fence, I'm welcomed by this grasshopper.
This little flower is a sand blue.
Another interesting field. When I want to photograph this berry bug, a little bright colored butterfly flutters along.
Just sit down anyway.
After a long chase, it finally wants to stay long enough. What a wonderful sorin tensioner. A male on the spring antennae.
A fur of sand eyelet guards this path.
And I'm happy to run into this little fire butterfly. Had hoped for more butterflies. But don't expect too much if you're going to explore an area for less than two hours.
I can pick up some apples along the way.
Another nice grasshopper.
Could be a rattle.
Unfortunately I have to go back to the car, I'm expected on a birthday. Next time I want to have more time to look around here. #nature #butterfly #sorintensioner #smallfirebutterfly #sprinkhaan #fursandeyelet #bessenwants #maashorst #walking
And that time came at the end of May 2021, of which is the first blog here.
