** Sannie's Smoked Chicken Mozzarella Salad

** Supplies: (For 2 people)


** 250 gram mozzarella mini balls (halved)
** 300 grams smoked chicken breast (sliced)
** 250 gram candy tomatoes (halved)
** 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
** 2 tablespoons Greensweet Syrup (or honey)
** 2 handfuls of basil leaves
** 80 grams arugula (cut small)
** 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
** salt and pepper to taste from the mill

** Preparation Method:

** Mix the mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Greensweet Syrup and season with salt and pepper.

** Mix the arugula, basil leaves, mozzarella, smoked chicken breast and tomatoes well.

** Sprinkle some black fresh pepper over it and add the dressing.

** Eats tasty!

** PLEASE NOTE! This salad is pretty spicy because I used Dijon mustard, if you don't like it, use a mild mustard and then 1 tablespoon instead of 2!!!
