Smakelijk !

Floral tights
With colored tights and some wire, you can make cute flowers. It's an old technique that our grandmothers used to do, you can make beautiful floral arrangements with it. Or you make butterflies with it. It's a lot of fun to do.! Not only for adults, but also for children, who are old enough to work with a clip pliers and have the ability to tie a thread. Actually, the base is very simple. Supplies: Colored tights Iron Wire Thickness 0.6 Cutting pliers Stamen and some nice beads Plain sewing thread or nylon thread Scissors to cut tights and thread Working Method: Bend a loop in the form of an iron wire leaf, cut the wire and tighten the ends together. This is your first petal. For example, make 5 sheets of iron wire. Pull a colored piece of tights over each wire sheet and tie it at the bottom with sewing thread. (The video shows how that can be knotted conveniently). Cut off the remnants of pantyhose. Take a piece or 6 stamens, tie them in the middle with yarn, fold in half and then tie iron wire around it. Do not cut, as this will also be the stem of the flower. Wrap green florist tape around the trunk (from the stamens) and wrap it further down around the iron wire Fold the petals to the stone bush. Do that per sheet and with plain nylon thread. Wrap the whole of the flower from below with green florist tape so you won't see any more wire. Your flower is ready! The pictures above were submitted by Ellen Verachtert from Belgium. She saw the idea on YouTube and went on her own.! Extra Tips: You can still decorate the petals with pearl dots. (Pearl Dot Pen by Viva Decor, available at Trixx Creative) Use glitter glue for edges or to put on beads/stamens. If you want bigger flowers, thicker iron wire can also be used. As long as it bends easily! For firmer stems, you could use iron wire stems that don't bend fast. Green leaves can also be made of iron wire and wrap it with green (matte) tape. 12 packs of stamens to make your own flowers - more info 5x 27m Floral Tape - Green - 12mm Wide - more info Nylon hobby wire white 0.15mm x 50 meters - Nylon thread more info Floral wire, thickness 0.5 mm, black, 50m - more info Floral wire, thickness 0.6 mm, 100 gr, silver, 50m - more info Thick hobby aluminum wire silver 1 mm x 400 cm - more info De Knutselteacher Ede has been working with Mirelle van Crea with Kids for years.! I'm back
Hi, there I am again. Today I saw an email about yoors and then I remembered the platform I had lost sight of for a while.. A few years ago, I created an account here and shared my thoughts about the struggles I was going through at the time.. How I got encouraging responses to it, which actually made me wonder why I quit. Unfortunately things went wrong when I just wanted to log in.. I forgot my password and when I wanted to log in again everything suddenly was fetsy.. However, I don't think that would be such a big disaster.. What was going on then isn't all the matter anymore, part of that time I would like to forget. So, first of all, wow! What has changed a lot here?! What it got beautiful?! Now that I'm writing this article, I'm still quite puzzling with all the options that weren't there before. Chapeau for how cool all this has become! After that, yes, I say “there I am again”, but who's back? Some of you may remember me, but maybe not; that's not bad.. I am Erieka, now 25 years old and in the two years I was absent from this website changed quite a little..  That's how I had only 1 cat; Malibu.. Later one came from the shelter; Ollie. His name was Oliver Twist from the shelter.. He's been part of the family for a year and a half now and a half and a good friend with Malibu.. Later I'll probably devote another article to this.. (Malibu is the turtle cat in the picture, Ollie the white with black earphones) I started therapy about two years ago, which included emdr therapy last year.. In addition, corona came to look around the corner.. Something that just mess up my life, which was already a mess,. Suddenly I sat home because my employer decided. Fortunately, I kept my job and paid my salary.. If I had become unemployed, I would have had an even bigger problem. It was a terrible but beautiful time, those ten months I've been at home.. I learned a lot and, even though I was mostly home, a lot happened.. What changed zoal compared to +/- 2 years ago? - I got a permanent contract with my job. Mentally, I got stronger.. After nearly 10 months of sitting at home, I developed a bore-out. I got more and more gloomy, started to be worse in my skin, had little energy, and for me it didn't even have to be.. The result of my work temporarily falling away, on my mental health, was an eye-opener. I realized how important it is for me to have work, to be useful. I have also learned, partly through the bizarre crisis, to recognise and set my mental health to 1.. Ollie joined the family.. He became very close to Malibu in 2020.. After having struggled with nasal colds that seemed to have chronic nature for a long period of time, I operated on in 2020. This revealed that the anatomy of my nose was just a bad luck and that was corrected by surgery (some bone has been removed). Furthermore, the ENT doctor accidentally found out that apparently I had far too large pharyngeal tonsils, I didn't know this myself.. At some point they started to ignite.. They are in the same operation as removing bone in the nose, removed.. Also, nasal mucosa that had undergone some kind of sprawl, burned away.. Everything happened in one operation and the recovery was intense.. However, I sleep better and suffer less from the complaints I had before.. I also have more air, something that those throat tonsils apparently had a share in.. I also decided that I'm going to try to pick up blog posts again.. I did miss it anyway and here and there writing helped me process things.. Hopefully you want to follow my messages.. At least I'm going to snoop around and try things out so I can better understand how it works here -)
