• 3 ounces pork pulet/nasimeat
  • butter or oil to fry
  • 3 large onions
  • el sambal
  • clove garlic
  • tbsp paprika
  • tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp Ketjap Manis
  • canned peaches (also the juice!)

  • pepper and salt


    Heat your butter or oil in a large frying pan or Fry the 

    meat well brown and then add the onions and fry until they are well browned!

    Always tasty to season with salt, pepper, sambal and garlic , and add a lot of paprika
