Finishing and tasting cakes, of course...

Today I'm finishing my cakes further. the little cakes are filled with a caramel chocolate topping and a little fleur de sel and the larger cake becomes a tiramisu cake with chocolate chips and chocolate decoration.

That cake. you also send up cakes ? This one seems lovely. I would eat mascarpone with everything. Do I like so much ! I even use that as a 'cheese sauce' with my cauliflower.
@enigma In itself, mascarpone can indeed be used for a lot, has a fairly neutral taste and both sweet and salty can be added. If I didn't live that far from you, I came to bring a lot, the end result is already online in the meantime. 😋
