Fold frogs

Quack! Do you have the theme Frogs at school, club, shelter or association? Then fold funny frogs from colored paper! Take a look below how funny it will be, if there are several frogs decorating it locally! You can make them from 1 green paper, which you fold into 16 squares and then cut, or you take 2 round folding leaves! With a cork and a cotton swab, stamp frog roll. So nice, how each frog is so different!

Every year, Miss Ester Clover has a fun and informative themed table about frogs, including these fun frog crafts!

Miss Ester Clover tells:

  • Group 1 : Take 2 green round paper folding leaves. Use the dark green all the way for the body. The other you fold in half and cut in half. Half you use for the head, the other half fold into quarters and that's the arms and feet. For the legs use a green paper braid strip. You first cut them in half and then fold them both 4 times in double.
  • Group 2: Fold 16 squares of 1 green folding carton or folding sheet and cut the squares. Fold 6 of the squares in half and cut them on the fold through. Then you paste the squares and triangles, like the example.
  • Frog dril: Stamp frog roll with silver paint and a cork, then dot the black dots with paint on a cotton stick.

Frog dril: Of course, it is also very nice if you also have real frog dril in the classroom. Usually you do have a ditch nearby, where you can find it. But you could even look at Marketplace, there it is often offered free of charge by people who have it in the garden and do not want hundreds of frogs in their pond.

Right: To make the theme extra fun, Miss Ester also made storytelling stones herself, to make the metamorphosis from dril to frog visible.. The images are simply pasted with decoupa glue on the stones (the pictures have found them on the internet) and the stones can also be used with decoupa glue (eg. from Décopatch or Collall) finish, so that they remain beautiful. You can use the stones every year!

My garden in image, word and music
#mygardenvideo Strangely enough, in the afternoon I made a video of my garden to put it under a yoorsoriginalvideo and then the booster of Henkjan came. I had already incorporated it into 'Movavi Suite' with a little music I generated by the score that I was able to legally download through Musescore and process as mp3. It's about the piece: 'Over the Garden Wall-_Into the Unkown' van 'The Blasting Company' en het wordt in een iets vlugger ritme gespeeld dan het origineel. The text you see is a poem by my hand: 'Under the cherry tree'. I made it on a spring day when I enjoyed my garden, the bushes, my pet and especially my cherry tree which already has some years that start to count. I hope you enjoy it.!

Bob Dylan is in the list ' 100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time Dylan's vision on American popular music was transforming. No one raised the bar, or had more impact. “You want to write songs that are bigger than life,” he wrote in his memoirs, Chronicles. “You want to say something about strange things that have happened to you, strange things you've seen.“Dylan himself saw no difference between modern times and legendary past - reading about the Civil War helped him understand the 1960s - allowing him to rewire folk ballads passed down from generation to generation into songs that excite both the present moment as lasting standards. Early songs like “Blowin “in the Wind” became hits for others — Peter, Paul & Mary were number two in the Billboard Hot 100 in 1963; Stevie Wonder released the number nine two years later — changing the ambitions of everyone, from the Beatles to Johnny Cash. 100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time - Then Dylan started climbing the charts on his own with music that turned pop into prophecy: 'Subterranean Homesick Blues', 'Like a Rolling Stone', 'Positively Fourth Street', 'Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35.'His personas changed, but songs like “Tangled Up in Blue”, “Knockin 'on Heaven's Door” and “Forever Young” continued to define their epochs in a sustainable way. And only among his peers Dylan's creativity was incessant. The BobCast: looking for Bob Dylan On 24 May 2021 icon Bob Dylan will be 80 years old.
