Half a week ago, I responded to a HobbiiFacebook page. It was a very negative I must admit. I had already participated in their give aways several times. Only I never read anything about winners or anything. I did not conceal my displeasure. I got an answer with the question of how can we improve this. with the fact that I crochet for charity and I would like to win for it. Whether I wanted to send an email with how and what kind of charity and what I like crochet. Because it said that they might mean something to me.
Of course I did that you understand.
But the answer kept waiting and of course there was another give away this time on Instagram.
Of this the weekend but reacted negatively. What surprises me...???????


Today I finally answered my email with apologies, from the marketing worker, she was the one who asked me for the mail and she worked part-time and had been free. But also the company is engaged in brand awareness in multiple countries and on social media and and and and and... But most of all they are happy with my feedback. and they are going to discuss that and see if they can find a solution for it. They were very charmed by the charity I crochet for.

But at the end of the mail was what I was hoping for. They would like to send me a supply of yarn. They have a cabinet with yarn where the wrapper is no longer with, or the bulbs are no longer so neat, or are out of the assortment or... or.. What would I like to have Cotton or Acrylic? Well it may be both so come on. E


mailed back immediately and now it is waiting for their sponsored yarn. I'm very curious what I'm going to get.
