Good Friday is jet-black and blood-red, but... then Easter follows!
Good Friday: Jesus died for us on the cross
White Thursday is the day Jesus celebrated the last supper with His disciples. On Good Friday remember Christians that Jesus died on the cross for the sin of all mankind. At Easter we celebrate His resurrection from the dead. So Easter is a very important day in Christianity.
Jesus paid with His life for our sins. But precisely because He also rose from the dead, there is hope for us and His suffering and dying was not meaningless. The cross is very bloody, but you and I may leave our sins at the foot of that cross, so that there is hope for a better life on earth, but above all for a future with God and the angels in heaven.
