Some guy was walking completely up in my personal space and he wouldn't leave or take no for an answer. Hedemanded a hug from me when I told him I had to leave. Was a scary experience because I was in a public space with millions of people and no one wanted to help. Walking alone or walking in a crowd is the same thing, you're invisible.
Have had to deal with that type of behavior many times. Makes you very insecure as a person, especially when you're not so firmly in your shoes. I don't mention examples. But nowadays, it is quickly called cross-border. Like a fashion phenomenon. When I approach it that way, I have often worked across borders myself.
