These pricking hedgehogs are easy to craft, even for the little ones! You've probably seen these babies somewhere before, they're sweet, but they're a bit irritable. If you have some air-drying clay (e.g. Creall Do & Dry) and some wooden cocktail incentives, you have made a Hedgehog Prikje in a few minutes. Attention, not cuddly!

For the eyelets you can press wobbly eyelets in the clay (possibly a drop of glue underneath) and for the nose you could use a button, but with a waterproof marker it is just as nice. The clay does not have to dry first, you know! Making the easy hedgehogs is fun for young and old, and is not seasonal.

Did you make a nice craft, too? A hedgehog, or something else nice? Then email your photo to ilse@deknutseljuf.nl if it can be shared here on Yoors!

Beechnuts Hedgehog

Don't you have cocktail sticks in the house? You can still make a hedgehog like this. Created by Kirsten ( Kirstenjnkmn ) and her daughter Liz, with white, on the air-drying modeling clay. It doesn't have to (and can) be in the oven! The hedgehog dries by itself and then hardens by itself.
