Vega Culinair Hoogstandje


Vandaag had vriend-lief gekookt en ... een waar vega culinair hoogstandje op onze borden. Maar wat had hij nu gekookt?

Men neme :

1 verpakking farfalle van 500 gram

1 beker tommie snoeptomaatjes

1 grote ui

1 zak rucola van 150 gram

1 bleekselderij

1 bakje blauwschimmelkaas naar smaak, wij kopen ivm het budget de Dana Blue, maar ook lekker is de Danish Blue of de Rochefort bijvoorbeeld

1 broccoli

1 adjuma peper

400 ml melk


De farfalle wordt 2 minuten korter gekookt dan op de verpakking aangegeven staat, de farfalle is dan nog niet Al Dente, dat komt later tijdens het klaar maken van dit gerecht. De ui in ringen snijden en mooi lichtbruin bakken. De broccoli, even kort roerbakken. Ook hier zorgen dat deze nog niet TE gaar is maar lekker knapperig blijft.

De peper ontdoe je van de zaadlijsten en hak je daarna in kleine stukjes en bak even kort met de broccoli mee. De bleekselderij in plakjes snijden en ook even kort mee roerbakken. 

De grootste voorbereidingen zijn nu gedaan. Wat je nu gaat doen is de pasta afgieten. En na het afgieten van de pasta voeg je hier de 400ml melk aan toe. De blauwschimmelkaas ga je smelten in de warme melk en dit zorgt voor een lekkere saus voor je pasta. Hier voeg je de broccoli, bleekselderij en peper aan toe. Als dit allemaal lekker bij elkaar in je pan ligt voeg je bijna als laatste de tommie snoeptomaatjes toe om ze mee op te warmen, intussen gaart alles lekker door. En ... tot slot roer je de rucola door de pasta. Dan nog een minuutje of 3 tot 5 wachten dat de rucola blaadjes wat slinken, maar nog niet helemaal slap en zacht zijn.

Intussen heb jij je handen vrij om een paar eitjes te bakken. Deze kruiden naar je eigen smaak.

Na het opscheppen van de pasta en de eitjes strooi je als laatste nog wat vers gehakte peterselie over de borden en dan wens ik iedereen een smakelijke maaltijd.

Do not wait to feel thirsty before drinking water.
