Holidays (part 2)
Tuesday 22 September,
The weather was beautiful again and this day we decided to go to Giethoorn. The Venice of the far north. It's funny that my husband said that we went here for the parrots, because we went to Venice twice. Personally, I had never been to Giethoorn before and actually this is one of those Dutch things you should have just been to.
Usually it's very busy there, but now with corona no Chinese. Unfortunately, we did not have such great experiences with Chinese a few years ago in the kitchen court. That they want to take pictures is fine, but they also want to do it a lot and my parrots don't like that. So now no Chinese to confess. On the water was the traffic jam sailing with the boats, but we walked along the paths and that was very good to do. We also found a nice terrace where we have been at ease to have lunch and later in the afternoon some drink his orphans. We also visited Museum Giethoorn. We asked if we could go in with the parrots and after some inquiries we could. Now I think it's a matter if they're sitting on a buggy and wearing a harness. By the way, it is not allowed in every museum, but there was also a part outside, so that might save. It was another wonderful day with a degree of 24 and warm enough for us.
