After a very difficult situation and the death of my mother years ago I suffered a depression, but life just as he was in charge of giving me pain, also gave me solutions, that's when I took refuge in meditation. Today I meditate daily, I know that staying focused on priorities and in my life is the most important thing, interaction with my environment is placid and I look for the good side of things, it is true that sometimes it falls, but it is there that we must return to our steps, meditate, focus on our strengths and get up, it is possible, I am faith in this, day by day I struggle to be well and grow spiritually, and if the environment or someone takes advantage, a benefits, I try to think that life puts everyone in its place, not because you run faster, you will come first, the important thing is to be grateful to life and do no harm to anyone, that gives spiritual peace and helps with many evils, among others anxiety.
