How do you discover the writer in yourself?
Like so many things in life, the answer to this question is very simple: by doing it. By writing, so.
It's simple, it's easy for many. The reason is thinking. We think everything.
That's so far, but we still believe everything we think. That's where it's the sting, because most of our thoughts aren't true.
Anyone can write, it's learning. I leave spelling and grammar out of consideration, as this often gets more attention than it deserves. Especially when we talk about the value, relevance and power of the message, the story you have to tell.
I like to sow some new thoughts, about writing. Thoughts that are absolutely true, based on my own experience and not least my clients'.
New Thought #1 There's no preparation for writing. Writing IS preparation.
New Thought #2 : Every person houses a writer
New Thought #3 : You have no doubt a relevant and valuable story to tell.
New Thought #4 : Nobody can write your story, only you can!
New Thought #5 : You can learn to write. Spelling and grammar can be outsourced.
Everyone has a relevant and valuable story to tell. Over the years, we as a human being gain the necessary experience and teach important life lessons. It pays to pass those life lessons, your own story, to the next generations. When you write that story written text, you'll use it to the writer within yourself.

Fun tips. We have a webshop, and I do find it difficult to create a blog or something like that.. That's quite outside of my comfort zone for me, but I started today anyway.

Beautiful Thought Cakes. However, without focus, writing can't work.. Who ever knows on a writing weekend with Esther v.d?. H. or so. (Do you think I know too?)
