Oatmeal cookies are also a real favorite of mine. But this also looks delicious
@Jamy Oatmeal cookies are a classic! But yes, there’s something so comforting and naturally sweet about banana bread, both are perfect cozy treats!
Thank you for this lovely contribution. I've never had banana bread myself, but maybe I'll try it soon!
@Julia 🌻 You're very welcome! Banana bread is such a comforting treat soft, sweet, and super easy to make. Hope you give it a try soon! 🍌🍞😊
I use dried apricots or dates or raisins instead of honey or other sweeteners. That way, it still tastes good and you can immediately get all the benefits of these ingredients. I also add 3 overripe bananas, 3 eggs and 150 grams of oatmeal along with a bag of baking powder. Even easier and delicious!
@diniedezeeuw That sounds absolutely wholesome and naturally sweet, love how you’ve packed in both flavor and nutrition! 🍌🍯🍞

According to my orthomolecular doctor, sugar for the body is still sugar, whether it comes from fruit, honey, maple syrup, or whatever. (This aside. ;-))
