A week or two ago I read at @Ingrid Tips and more a post on neurographic art.
I had never heard of it before, but through Ingrid's mail I ended up with a YouTube video, and that same afternoon I made my first A5 drawing.
Now patience isn't always my greatest talent, so a few days later I had Sharpie markers in the house, and I had another watercolor paper block, so I could move forward whenever I wanted.

And you know what? I like to do it!
The nice thing about this technique is that you can start, the base is fast, and you can just leave it if you don't have time or feel anymore!
So unlike encaustic art, I sometimes do days over one drawing.
Just a little bit of colors, and I'll put it down.

And I find it very relaxing to do, and I didn't expect that!
I find it so relaxing that every day I color a small piece, even if it's just one square.
The advantage of Sharpie markers is that they don't go through, so I'm very happy with my set.
And so a new drawing was born, on A4 this time...

By the way: I do adjust the technique a bit: I do not write a question or subject on the back.
I draw nicely according to my own needs, and that feels good!
On to more relaxed drawings!

I think I'm starting to get a little hooked...
