She had always talked too much, felt too much
she gave it her all, her love was such
life though turned out disappointing and unfair
the love she yearned to get back just wasn't there
A proud freebird she had called herself
but burdened by her sadness, lower and lower she fell
She gave up her skies to please others
alas! everytime her dreams faded in smothers
But then she realised one fine day
she had been looking for love the wrong way
Nobody else can make her feel loved and happy
except her own self, and she was set free
This time when the winds called out, she poised to fly
unfurled her wings and reached out for the sky.
