He should have listened to the weather report. It was dog weather with a strong storm. The other dog owners had been wiser and had their four-poter taken care of their printing in the garden.
But Uncle Roon had been inside all day reading and some need for fresh air, so Droedel had to believe it. In mind, Uncle he was still deep in his book, The Kite Runner. Droedel thought that uncle took that very literally and couldn't appreciate it very much.
