Judith advises Leonie's secret

#Leonie is a woman over 40, she could be your neighbor. After her divorce, she builds her new life. With neighbor Mandy she has dinner appointments of the good kind: Mandy cooks! Love also comes around the corner, with all the consequences that this entails.

Leonie had fallen asleep for a while, but also woke up early. It was just a weekday and she had to go to work! At half past seven, she snuck out of bed and doubted what she would do. Mandy was still asleep, she didn't want to wake her up, but it didn't feel good to just sneak out of the house and not say anything. She collected her clothes and made occasionally more noise than strictly necessary, hoping that Mandy would wake up anyway. It worked. Mandy stretched extensively and then opened her eyes. “Hi, sweetie, what are you gonna do?” she said when she saw Leonie beside the bed with her clothes in her arms the day before. “Eeeeh... I have to go to work. I didn't want to wake you up,” said Leonie. “Work... oh yes, of course. Then it's no different. I had an extensive breakfast in mind”, her eyes went over Leonie's naked body and Leonie felt silly, with her clothes in her arms. “Give me a kiss”, ordered Mandy and Leonie loved listening. “I have to go now”, Leonie apologized. Mandy nodded understanding. “Bye dear,” she said, and she turned back. It was clear that she would attach another sleep session to it. Leonie hesitated for a while, but then disappeared with her clothes to the bathroom, where she got dressed. When she was dressed and was sure she had all her stuff, she left Mandy's house to walk into her own house one door further.

In the kitchen she turned on her Senseo and made her breakfast for herself. Then she undressed again, threw her clothes in the laundry basket and stepped in the shower. Her thoughts went to the previous evening, but soon she broke off her mind and urged herself to make pace: she would never get to work in time!

“What are you looking at me?” Leonie asked Judith. “Is it noticeable? Sorry! Well, I'm trying to decide what's going on with you. You have such a special look today, I haven't seen you like this before. Are you in love?” Judith looked at her questioning. Leonie did not have to answer, that's what her face did before her, because that became bright red! Judith chuckled. “I'm assuming that's a yes?” Leonie grinned. “Something like that,” she said, unsure of what she would and would not tell her colleague. “Who is it? Do I know him?” Judith asked curiously. “Him.” That's where you had it. What was she supposed to say now? Did she have to say something? Meanwhile, the silence had become so long that Judith came to her own conclusions. “Okay, it's either a very wrong type, or... is it a hár?” Judith had whispered those last words, even though there were no colleagues nearby. Leonie felt a lump in her throat. “That last”, she said hoarly. “Ow”, Judith said, startled by her own guess. “Ow. Sorry. Or at least... no sorry, of course. It scares me a little. Or scare. I'm surprised. May that be? I mean... you know I don't judge you, I would never. I'm only surprised”, shatted Judith. Leonie was laughing, suddenly she felt a lot stronger. “You may be surprised, you have no idea how surprised I am.” Actually, it felt good to tell people and see their reactions. And Judith trusted them, she would never judge her.
