the recipe of the day is one for bread pudding !

will need:

- 500 g (stale) bread 
- half a liter of milk 
- 250 g sugar (can also be less, if you want it less sweet - but these are children and it should be especially tasty!)


- 250 g raisins
- 6 eggs
- oil or butter to lubricate

your baking mold

Preparation:
- Heat the milk in a saucepan.
- Pull the bread into pieces and put it in a deep cooking pot.
- Add the sugar to the warm milk while stirring.
- Add the warm, sugared milk to the bread.
