Maspalomas Dunes (Gran Canaria)
On the island of Gran Canaria is a 404 hectare nature reserve.
It consists mainly of sand dunes, which connect with a vast sandy beach that connects Maspalomas with Playa del Ingles.
You imagine yourself in the desert for a moment.
In the middle of the vast dune area, walks are mapped out. The road is marked by poles.
Close to the Maspalomas lighthouse, the dunes end at a watery area, where various waterfowl can be spotted.

wonderful there say. That 2nd photo is somewhat like Namibia, but there the sand is much more red.
