#howtodealwith For years I have had sleep disorders or insomnia. Since I had my last child I had trouble falling asleep, he was a premature child who demanded many hours of attention which forced me to be awake.
Not sleeping, sleeping little or bad sleep can become a nightmare the next day you are in a bad mood, feel very tired or you spend the day with drowsiness having the feeling of tiredness and heaviness.
I've visited doctors who even told me that if I can't sleep just don't sleep which I saw as something unethical.
I've dealt with this many years and have learned some tricks that have helped me, because I've never been in favor of taking tranquilizers or sleeping pills.
I try to lie down at the same time, take warm showers, practical relaxation techniques, read a little before bedtime, brew hot herbal tea such as lemon balm and chamomile.
I change pillows regularly, because most of the time they are to blame for bad sleep or not sleep .
I have been slowly defeating my enemy insomnia, although many nights he beats me.
I also look to have my dark room and with a nice temperature.
In any case I will continue to deal with this evil, although from time to time it gives me full nights of sleep.
